We welcome all qualifying returns for store credit/exchange only within 30 days from date of purchase. If you would like another size - we do encourage you to purchase the new size you would like and we would happily REFUND your payment once we receive your return and include your new order number if you can.
Non qualifying items - smells of smoke, pet odor, or body odor; has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or if the item is damaged it will not qualify. Items must be in its original condition with tags attached. If your items do not qualify for store credit/exchange you will need to make arrangements for it to be returned. If arrangements are not made - after 30 days the items will go to a Home that Shelters Women.
Once we receive returns they will be processed within 3 business days and at this time you will be issued a refund to the card used for the price of the item(s). Original Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at 715-832-0800 ext124 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM-5:00 pm CST and closed on Holidays. If it is during non business hours please email us at email@example.com. Once your order has been processed, we will do our best to modify the contents of your order but once it is on the shipping dock in containers we may not be able to. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you. Orders may not be cancelled.
